This is a short one page form that Texas law requires all real estate licensees to give to prospective buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords.
It is strictly informative and only requires initialing to indicate you’ve received and reviewed it.

If you are using the Full service plan a lockbox and sign will be provided.
I am happy to take the pictures. However if you are welcome to take these yourself or have pictures professionally done. In this case you will need to email them to me so I can upload into the MLS.
Once I receive forms and photos, I can have you listed in MLS (Multiple Listing Service) in 1 – 2 business days.
In most cases you will need to fill out a Sellers Disclosure for the house but this would not prevent listing in the MLS.
